Skechers Injuries

If you have suffered any of the following types of Skechers injuries, you may be entitled to financial compensation for costs related to your injury including medical bills, rehab costs as well as pain and suffering. Some of the most common types of injuries from people wearing Skechers Shape-Ups include:

• Ankle Sprains and Strains
• Achilles Tendinitis
• Ankle Fracture Injury
• Back Injury
• Bone Fractures
• Brain Injury
• Broken Leg
• Broken Toe
• Hip Dislocations
• Nursing Shoe Injuries
• Plantar Fasciitis
• Hip Fracture
• Fall Injuries
• Stair Fall Injuries
• Stress Fractures
• Torn Ligament Injuries
• Trip and Fall Injuries

The number of people who have been hurt as a result of wearing Skechers toning shoes is staggering. If you have been injured and are wondering if you should contact an attorney, you most definitely should take a free consultation from a law firm who is experienced in handling these types of cases. Choosing a lawyer can be confusing since most people have never had to hire an attorney so it’s important that you know that not all lawyers all the same and choosing the right attorney can be the difference between winning and losing. If your case is settled, which most cases are, the attorney you have will directly effect the amount of the settlement you receive. Attorneys who instill no fear in the Skechers attorneys will receive a much smaller settlement offer than the attorneys they fear most when facing a lawsuit against their company. As of right now, the attorneys with the most experience handling Skechers injury claims are California based Estey & Bomberger, who are helping injury victims all over the nation. 3. I purchased two pair of Skechers Shape Up’s sneakers in/around November 2011, 1 pair to wear to work and 1 to wear at home to get the toning benefits, since I do alot of walking and standing at work. In the past 6 months I have been experiencing alot of pain in my right hip/pelvic region right where your leg bends. It’s very painful when I sit, reposition, and reposition in bed at night, and if I sit for too long I limp for a few seconds once I get up to walk. I have not gone to my Dr’s yet to find out what’s wrong, but I have not had this problem before I started to where these shoe’s. I would like to know what you suggest I do. I know I need to see a Dr, but what happens afterward’s. Thank you

  4. I did break both bones in my left leg, after the shoe did not give when I twisted it. I have plates rods and screws holding them together
I never thought anything of it. It was about ten years ago. I don’t think they were rockers but they were Skechers. I will never buy that brand again.
